Hello there! My name is Kate (nickname KTB) and I’m a freelance copywriter, content creator, audio editor and communications specialist. I thrive on pinpointing what makes a story engaging and helping others to share theirs – whether it be on paper, platform or in person. No topic is off limits. Diversity is the spice of life!

After more than twenty years as a radio producer at the ABC, I created KTB Communications with a passion to help others share their knowledge and messages in style. I combine my knack for storytelling and love of writing to create an array of content – from website copy, branding strategies, white papers, articles, social media, newsletters and more. I conduct filmed interviews and edit these for cross-platform purposes. I’m also a trained Caring Creative for A Lasting Tale (recording life stories) and an audio editor for PodTalk. And if you want tips on how to conduct yourself in an interview or presentation, I run training sessions too.
