Hot Sauce Burlesque is an inclusive burlesque school, production and events business specialising in traditional burlesque classes, hens parties, corporate entertainment and variety shows. At the core of Hot Sauce Burlesque School is a fierce femme community, providing a safe and welcoming space for all regardless of age, size, gender or ability with the focus on empowerment, confidence, body honouring, fitness and most of all – fun!

Hot Sauce Burlesque is run by Adelaide’s burlesque mama – Lyra la Belle. Lyra has lived and performed around the world as a burlesque artist and is passionate advocate for healthy body love and awareness – especially with a young daughter to help grow and develop! Lyra believes that all bodies are beautiful bodies and prides herself on helping people change their self perception through the empowerment of burlesque.
